goals are how we transform our yearly intentions into attainable actions, so that we can get to the end of the year and see how much we’ve grown. some goals are numerical, some are mindset-focused, and some are just hopes that we keep in the back of our heads. goals can change, and we do not have to check off every single one by the end of 2025. goal setting is a good way for us to live more intentionally, so always come back to this each month as these yearly goals will drive your monthly goals.
