<aside> 💌 NOT every day is ideal. life happens. this is just to reflect and envision what an ideal day would be for myself. doing this exercise allows each bullet to be in the back of my head everyday and naturally progress towards a better morning, wfh day, or night. even conquering just one of these bullets can still equate to an amazing day.

AT A HIGH LEVEL: morning = korean & exercise*, day = work,* night = youtube or korean class
9 AM: log on
9 - 10:30 AM: emails & admin, set up schedule & write to do list, daily stand up
10:30 - 12 PM: focus block 1
12 - 1 PM: lunch break away from desk
1 - 3 PM: make tea, focus block 2
3 - 3:30 PM: snack break, do dishes
3:30 - 4:45 PM: focus block 3
4:45 - 5:15 PM: list outstanding tasks for tomorrow, finish up, log off
